Matrix Repatterning
Matrix Repatterning is a unique approach which finds tension patterns in the body due to injuries and identifies key areas that are “stuck” as related to the fascia. The fascia is the connective tissue that coats all of our bones and muscles all over our body. This approach takes a holistic approach, as we discuss and assess the whole body and take into account all of the injuries, surgeries and other significant information to build an accurate picture of what is going on in the body. Specific areas which are restricted are identified and treated to help decrease the tension in the whole body.
When the body is stressed from many different injuries and surgeries and traumas which have happened over the years, the brain decides to sacrifice some or all of the joints in order to “save energy”. This means that the stability of different joints can be compromised as a direct result of other tension happening in the body. In my assessment I will find out which joints are unstable and also figure out what tension patterns/restrictions are contributing to this problem. After Matrix repatterning treatment, I will test joint stability again and most of the time the joints are stable, even after the 1 treatment. This approach
